Your Role as an Agent

As an official partner, you will:

1. Promote Our Programs

Represent CA Institute on your website and marketing channels
Use approved materials and ensure accurate representation
Maintain and protect the CA Institute brand

2. Advise Students

Provide clear and accurate course information
Guide students through program selection
Assist with travel and preparation when needed

3. Manage Enrollments

Submit complete student applications at least 10 working days before arrival
Communicate special requests and relevant student information
Ensure all documents are properly signed

4. Handle Payments

Ensure timely payment of course fees
Deduct your commission directly from tuition
Inform students that services begin after full payment is received

Commission & Payments

Commission Rate: 25% of tuition/registration/accommodation assistance fees
Payment Timing: Within three days of full tuition payment
Agents may deduct commission before transferring funds

Refund Policy Overview

Refunds depend on cancellation timing:

90+ days before start: 100% refund (minus service fee)
89–61 days: 50% refund
60–30 days: 25% refund
29 days or less: No refund

(All refunds are processed within 90 days after the scheduled course end date.)

Agreement Terms

Initial agreement valid for 1 year, automatically renewable
Can be terminated with 2 months’ written notice
Agents must comply with local laws and regulations
Sub-agents require written approval
